By accessing our website, purchasing from Kora, downloading any product, using any Kora product, or using any Kora service, you agree to these Terms Of Service.

These Terms Of Service apply to Kora’s website, digital products, Roblox assets, RBXM files, RBXL files, 3D models, meshes, textures, scripts, systems, asset packs, files, services, support, and any related digital material.

If you do not agree to these Terms Of Service, do not access the website, purchase, download, access, or use any Kora product.

1. General Terms

These Terms Of Service govern your use of Kora’s website, products, services, files, and digital content.

By using Kora’s website or purchasing from Kora, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to use Kora’s website, products, and services only in a lawful and permitted way.

Kora reserves the right to refuse service, deny support, cancel access, remove access, block purchases, or take action against any user who violates these Terms Of Service, the Refund Policy, or the Asset Usage Rules.

2. Digital Products

Kora sells Roblox digital products, including but not limited to RBXM files, RBXL files, 3D models, meshes, textures, scripts, scripted systems, asset packs, product files, and related digital material.

Kora products are digital goods.

Digital products may be delivered through email, download links, store accounts, product pages, or another digital delivery method.

Once access is provided, the product is considered delivered.

You are responsible for checking your email, receipt, download page, store account, spam folder, and any other delivery method used to access your purchased files.

3. Product Descriptions

Customers are responsible for reading the full product title, description, images, file details, product notes, warnings, included file information, and any listed script or system information before purchasing.

Kora is not responsible if a customer fails to read the product page or misunderstands what is included.

Some Kora products may include scripts or scripted systems. Other Kora products are asset only products.

Unless a product page clearly says otherwise, Kora products are not scripted and do not include working systems, tools, animations, setup service, gameplay code, custom installation, or custom development.

4. Purchases And Payment

By purchasing from Kora, you agree that all information you provide during checkout is accurate and authorized.

You agree that you are authorized to use the payment method used for the purchase.

Kora is not responsible for purchases made by someone with access to your account, device, payment method, Discord account, email account, Roblox account, or store account.

Customers are responsible for securing their own accounts, devices, and payment information.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

By purchasing from Kora, you agree to Kora’s Refund Policy.

Kora sells digital products that cannot be returned once accessed, downloaded, delivered, or made available.

Refunds are not permitted for buyer error, duplicate purchases, failure to check email, failure to check download links, failure to read the product page, misunderstanding the product, changing your mind, no longer needing the product, expecting features not listed, or not knowing how to use RBXM files, RBXL files, scripts, or Roblox Studio files.

A violation of the Refund Policy is also considered a violation of these Terms Of Service.

6. Chargebacks And Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Kora, you agree not to open a false chargeback, payment dispute, or claim after receiving access to a digital product.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened after product access has been provided, Kora may remove product access, deny support, block future purchases, blacklist the customer, provide proof of delivery to the payment processor, and take further action to protect its products and business.

False claims, dishonest disputes, or chargebacks made after product delivery may result in permanent loss of access to Kora products and services.

Chargebacks and payment disputes may also be treated as violations of the Refund Policy and Asset Usage Rules.

7. Asset Usage Rules

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any Kora digital product, you agree to follow Kora’s Asset Usage Rules.

These rules explain how Kora products may and may not be used, including but not limited to restrictions on reselling, redistribution, file sharing, Team Create access, client work, chargebacks, ownership claims, unauthorized use, scripts, systems, and updates to the rules.

Customers must agree to the Asset Usage Rules before completing a purchase.

A violation of the Asset Usage Rules is also considered a violation of these Terms Of Service.

Kora reserves the right to update, change, replace, remove, or modify the Asset Usage Rules at any time. Any changes become effective once posted on the Asset Usage Rules page.

8. License To Use

Purchasing a Kora product gives you a limited license to use that product under these Terms Of Service and the Asset Usage Rules.

You are not buying ownership of the product, asset, model, mesh, texture, script, system, file, design, or related digital material.

Kora keeps full ownership of all original assets, models, meshes, textures, scripts, systems, files, designs, product material, branding, and intellectual property.

Your purchase only gives you permission to use the product under the rules provided by Kora.

9. Intellectual Property

All Kora products, website content, product images, product names, designs, trademarks, branding, files, models, meshes, textures, scripts, systems, and related digital material belong to Kora or its licensors.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, leak, trade, gift, reupload, claim, extract, reverse engineer, or misuse Kora products or content.

You may not claim that you made, modeled, designed, built, textured, scripted, coded, developed, or created any Kora asset, script, system, or product.

You may not remove Kora branding, rename the product, or present Kora assets, scripts, systems, or products as your own work for sale, promotion, credit, or distribution.

10. Customization

Kora supports customization.

You may customize, modify, recolor, resize, retexture, rename, adjust, or configure Kora assets, scripts, or systems for use in your own approved project.

However, modifying a Kora asset, script, or system does not make it your original work.

Modified Kora assets, scripts, and systems are still protected Kora products.

You may not sell, redistribute, reupload, trade, leak, gift, package, or claim ownership of any Kora asset, script, system, or product, even if you changed it.

11. No Reselling Or Redistribution

You may not resell, redistribute, reupload, trade, leak, gift, transfer, post, or share any Kora product or product file.

This includes, but is not limited to, selling or sharing a Kora asset, script, system, or product by itself, inside another product, inside another asset pack, inside a Roblox file, inside a map, inside a vehicle, inside a building, inside a commission, inside a marketplace listing, or inside any other digital product.

Only the original buyer may access the purchased files unless another person has also purchased the same product directly from Kora.

12. Team Create And Shared Development

You may not place Kora assets, scripts, systems, or files into Team Create, shared Roblox Studio sessions, group owned places, or shared development spaces where another person can access, copy, save, extract, download, reuse, or distribute them unless that person also owns the same Kora product.

Anyone who can view, copy, save, extract, download, reuse, or access the Kora asset, script, system, or file must own the product themselves.

You may use separate Team Creates, separate Roblox Studio files, or separate development spaces for other developers to complete their own work, as long as those developers do not have access to Kora products they do not own.

This rule protects your game from leaks, limits unauthorized file access, and helps keep Kora products protected so they can continue to be sold properly.

13. Client Work And Commissions

You may not buy a Kora asset, script, system, or product and then give it to a client as part of a paid commission.

You may not include raw Kora files in any client delivery.

If a client needs to use a Kora asset, script, system, or product, the client must purchase the product directly from Kora.

You may not act as a middleman to transfer Kora products to another person, group, or community.

The only limited exception is custom shield UV map work. You may make custom shield UV maps for other people, groups, departments, communities, or clients. You may charge for custom shield UV map work or do it for free.

This exception only applies to custom shield UV map design work. You may not use this exception to sell, share, transfer, leak, repackage, or deliver the original Kora asset files, product files, scripts, systems, meshes, textures, or source material.

14. Public Uploads And File Sharing

You may not upload Kora assets, scripts, systems, or files to any public asset library, free model collection, public Roblox inventory, public group inventory, public marketplace, open source project, Discord download channel, website, or any other public file location.

You may not make Kora products available for free or paid download anywhere.

You may not share download links, product files, source files, Roblox files, scripts, systems, meshes, textures, or any protected Kora material with anyone who has not purchased the product directly from Kora.

15. Support

Kora may provide support when reasonable.

Support is limited to issues directly related to the original product files, such as missing files, broken files, incorrect files, script errors included in the original product, or clear product delivery problems.

Support does not include custom development, custom scripting, custom script edits, product setup, Roblox Studio lessons, editing the asset for you, fixing customer made changes, or making the product work with your specific game, system, setup, or workflow.

Kora may deny support to customers who are abusive, dishonest, threatening, violating these Terms Of Service, violating the Refund Policy, or violating the Asset Usage Rules.

16. Product Updates And Changes

Kora may update, change, improve, replace, remove, or discontinue products at any time.

A purchase does not guarantee lifetime updates, future versions, custom edits, new features, continued product changes, or ongoing support unless clearly stated on the product page.

Kora may modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue any website feature, product, service, or support option without notice.

17. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

Kora is not responsible for unauthorized access or activity under your account.

If someone else accesses your account, email, Discord, Roblox account, store account, device, download links, or files, you are responsible for any resulting activity.

Do not share your account access, download links, product files, or purchase access with anyone else.

18. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse Kora’s website, products, services, or files.

Misuse includes, but is not limited to, reselling, redistributing, leaking, sharing files, making false claims, opening false disputes, attempting to bypass purchase requirements, attempting to extract protected files, copying scripts, stealing systems, harassing support staff, abusing support, or violating any Kora rule.

Kora may take action against users who misuse the website, products, services, or files.

19. Enforcement

If you violate these Terms Of Service, the Refund Policy, or the Asset Usage Rules, Kora may take action.

This may include, but is not limited to, removing product access, denying support, blocking future purchases, blacklisting users or communities, reporting stolen uploads, filing takedown requests, providing evidence to payment processors, and taking further action to protect Kora’s products, business, and intellectual property.

Refunds will not be issued to users who violate Kora’s rules.

20. Liability

Kora’s website, products, services, and files are provided as is.

Kora does not guarantee that every product will work with every project, script, system, plugin, game, Roblox Studio setup, Team Create setup, or development workflow.

Kora is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Kora’s website, products, services, files, scripts, systems, or support.

Customers are responsible for making sure products fit their intended use before purchasing.

21. No Warranties

Kora makes no warranties of any kind regarding website availability, product compatibility, script compatibility, product performance, customer results, future updates, continued access, or uninterrupted service.

Kora does not guarantee that a product will meet every customer’s personal expectations, workflow, project needs, scripting needs, or setup requirements.

22. Changes To These Terms

Kora reserves the right to update, change, replace, remove, or modify these Terms Of Service at any time.

Any changes become effective once posted on this page.

By continuing to access the website, purchase, download, access, or use Kora products after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms Of Service.

23. Purchase Agreement

By clicking “I Agree” when purchasing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms Of Service, the Refund Policy, and the Asset Usage Rules.

If you do not agree to these rules, do not purchase, download, access, or use any Kora product.

Once you complete a purchase, your agreement to these terms is active and applies to your use of the product.
