Asset Usage Rules
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any Kora product, you agree to these Asset Usage Rules.
These rules apply to every digital product sold by Kora, including but not limited to 3D assets, models, meshes, textures, packs, files, product updates, and any related digital material.
When purchasing from Kora, you must click and agree to these rules before completing your purchase. If you do not agree to these rules, do not purchase, download, access, or use any Kora product.
1. License To Use
Purchasing a Kora product gives you a limited license to use that product.
You are not buying ownership of the asset.
Kora keeps full ownership of all original assets, models, meshes, textures, files, designs, and related product material.
Your purchase only gives you permission to use the product under these rules.
2. Permitted Use
You may use purchased Kora assets only within your own Roblox experience, private project, or approved community build.
You may not use the assets in any way that allows another person, group, server, community, or development team to copy, extract, download, resell, redistribute, or claim the assets.
3. Customization Allowed, Reselling Not Allowed
You may customize, modify, recolor, resize, retexture, rename, or adjust Kora assets for use in your own approved project.
Kora supports customization, and you are allowed to make reasonable edits so the asset fits your experience, style, branding, or community.
However, modifying a Kora asset does not make it your original work.
You may not resell, redistribute, reupload, trade, leak, gift, or package any Kora asset, even if you changed the asset.
This includes, but is not limited to, selling the asset by itself, inside another product, inside another asset pack, inside a Roblox file, inside a map, inside a vehicle, inside a building, or inside any other digital product.
Changing the color, size, texture, name, layout, mesh, placement, or design details does not make the asset yours to sell.
Modified Kora assets are still protected Kora assets.
4. No Redistribution
You may not share, leak, upload, trade, gift, transfer, post, or redistribute any Kora product or product file.
This includes, but is not limited to, sharing files through Discord, Google Drive, Dropbox, Roblox Studio, Roblox groups, Team Create, file sharing websites, private messages, forums, websites, or any other platform.
Only the original buyer is allowed to access the purchased files unless another user has also purchased the same product directly from Kora.
5. No Team Create Access
You may not place Kora assets into Team Create, shared Roblox Studio sessions, group owned places, or any shared development space where another person can access, copy, save, extract, download, or reuse the assets unless that person also owns the same Kora product.
If your project uses a team, you are responsible for making sure no team member can take, copy, reuse, or distribute Kora assets.
If another person gains access to the files because of your project setup, that is your responsibility.
5.1 Other Developers Must Own The Product
You may not have other developers, builders, scripters, staff members, or team members inside the same Team Create, Roblox Studio session, group place, or shared development space where Kora assets are being used unless each person with access has purchased and owns the same Kora product.
This means anyone who can view, copy, save, extract, download, reuse, or access the Kora asset must own the product themselves.
You are allowed to use separate Team Creates, separate Roblox Studio files, or separate development spaces for other developers to complete their own work, as long as those developers do not have access to Kora assets they do not own.
This rule protects your game from leaks, limits unauthorized file access, and helps keep Kora products protected so they can continue to be sold properly.
6. No Public Uploads
You may not upload Kora assets to any public asset library, free model collection, public Roblox inventory, public group inventory, public marketplace, open source project, Discord download channel, website, or any other public file location.
You may not make Kora assets available for free or paid download anywhere.
7. No Claiming Ownership
You may not claim that you made, modeled, designed, built, textured, or created any Kora asset.
You may not remove Kora branding, rename the product, or present the asset as your own work for sale, promotion, credit, or distribution.
You may not use Kora assets in a portfolio in a way that suggests you created the original asset.
8. No Asset Extraction
You may not extract, rip, copy, decompile, recreate, reverse engineer, or attempt to pull source files, meshes, textures, or other protected material from any Kora product.
You may not use tools, scripts, plugins, exploits, or outside software to copy or extract Kora assets.
9. No Repackaging
You may not include Kora assets in another pack, bundle, product, commission, file delivery, marketplace listing, paid development service, or any other product delivery.
You may not use Kora assets as part of a product you deliver to someone else unless that person has also purchased the required Kora product directly from Kora.
10. Client Work And Commissions
You may not buy a Kora asset and then give it to a client as part of a paid commission.
You may not include raw Kora files in any client delivery.
If a client needs to use a Kora asset, the client must purchase the asset directly from Kora.
You may not act as a middleman to transfer Kora assets to another person, group, or community.
10.1 Custom Shield UV Map Exception
You are allowed to make custom shield UV maps for other people, groups, departments, communities, or clients.
You may charge for custom shield UV map work, or you may do it for free. That choice is up to you.
This exception only applies to custom shield UV map design work.
You may not use this exception to sell, share, transfer, leak, repackage, or deliver the original Kora asset files.
You may not give the client the original Kora product, model, mesh, texture pack, source file, Roblox file, or any other protected Kora file.
You may only provide the custom UV map or texture work you personally created.
If the client needs the actual Kora shield asset, model, or product files, they must purchase the product directly from Kora.
Outside of custom shield UV map work, normal client work and commission restrictions still apply.
11. Group And Community Use
If a Kora asset is used in a group, community, department, or Roblox experience, the person or owner using the asset must have purchased it properly.
A single purchase does not give unlimited access to an entire group, staff team, development team, or community.
You are responsible for making sure the product is not copied, reused, or distributed by anyone else.
12. No Disputes Or Chargebacks After Access
All Kora products are digital goods.
Once access is provided, all sales are final.
You may not open a false dispute, false chargeback, or false payment claim after receiving access to a product.
Filing a dispute or chargeback after receiving the product may result in removal of access, denial of support, account restrictions, blacklisting from future purchases, and additional action to protect Kora’s work.
13. Read Before Purchasing
You are responsible for reading the full product description before purchasing.
Some products are asset only products.
Unless the product page clearly says otherwise, products are not scripted and do not include working systems, tools, animations, setup service, or gameplay code.
Not reading the product page does not qualify you for a refund.
14. No Refunds For Digital Products
Kora sells digital products.
Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed, downloaded, or delivered, purchases are final.
Refunds are not provided because you changed your mind, bought the wrong item, expected something not listed, failed to read the description, no longer need the asset, or do not know how to use it.
15. No Abuse Of Support
Kora may provide support when reasonable, but support does not include custom development, custom scripting, product setup, teaching Roblox Studio, editing the asset for you, or fixing issues caused by your own changes.
Kora may deny support if you are abusive, dishonest, threatening, or violating these rules.
16. Product Updates
Kora may update, change, improve, replace, or remove products at any time.
A purchase does not guarantee lifetime updates, custom edits, future versions, or new features unless clearly stated on the product page.
17. Unauthorized Use
If you violate these rules, Kora may take action.
This may include, but is not limited to, removing access, denying support, banning future purchases, reporting stolen uploads, filing takedown requests, blacklisting users or communities, and taking further action if needed.
Kora has the right to protect its products, brand, files, and intellectual property.
18. Responsibility For Your Account
You are responsible for your own account, files, downloads, devices, team access, and project setup.
If someone else gets access to Kora assets through your account, your files, your Discord, your Roblox Studio, your Team Create, your group, or your project, you are responsible.
Do not share your download links, files, account access, or product access.
19. Agreement At Purchase
By purchasing from Kora, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Asset Usage Rules.
Before completing a purchase, you must click to agree to these rules.
If you purchase, download, access, or use a Kora product, you are agreeing to follow these rules whether or not you later claim you did not read them.

21. Changes To These Rules
Kora reserves the right to update, change, replace, remove, or modify these Asset Usage Rules at any time.
Any changes become effective once posted on this page.
By continuing to purchase, download, access, or use Kora products after changes are posted, you agree to the updated rules.
22. Purchase Agreement
By clicking “I Agree” when purchasing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the Asset Usage Rules listed above.
If you do not agree to these rules, do not purchase, download, access, or use any Kora product.
Once you complete a purchase, your agreement to these rules is active and applies to your use of the product.
